Job Title– Operations Manager

Location:  Ogun, NG

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet with departments to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
  • Coordinating and implementation of projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Delegate project tasks based on individual employees’ strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
  • Develop baseline data for each project component and for all project indicators.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with Managements as well as other Employees.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.

Requirements

  • BA/B.Sc in Business Administration and any other relevant field
  • Good time management skills
  • A strong strategic and business mindset
