Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Notice to 2023 Batch C Prospective Corp Members & HND II Students – The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) officials from the headquarters in Abuja are set to visit Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua for a briefing on mobilization procedures and registration for the incoming batch of corps members.School News Portal

This was disclosed in a circular issued by the Deputy Registrar of Students’ Affairs, Mr. Nathaniel Ibanga on behalf of the Acting Registrar of the institution.

The circular which was addressed to all PCMs 2023 Batch ‘C’ and HND II students, stated that the briefing by the NYSC officials is scheduled to hold on a date to be announced soon.
It noted that attendance at the event is mandatory for all prospective corps members as they will be taken through the various stages of the mobilization and registration process by NYSC officials.Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic

The polytechnic management has urged compliance by the concerned students and given a directive that the circular be given the widest publicity possible.
The NYSC scheme which is an important national assignment for Nigerian graduates is a key part of the one year national service young graduates are expected to undertake after schooling.
