Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic notice to all 2023 prospective Corp members (Batch C) & HND II students – The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) officials from the headquarters in Abuja arrived at the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua today for an important briefing with Prospective Corps Members.School News Portal
The briefing was held with the 2023 Batch ‘C’ members and HND II students inside the New Auditorium at 10AM. The meeting discussed the mobilization procedures and registration requirements for the upcoming NYSC orientation program.

According to the Deputy Registrar Nathaniel Ibanga, attendance at the briefing was mandatory for all prospective corps members. This included all 2023 Batch ‘C’ PCMs as well as HND II students who will be mobilized for the next NYSC orientation.Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic notice
The NYSC officials provided critical information about the documentation, medical checks, kitting, camp activities and other aspects of the mobilization formalities. They also answered questions from the students to clarify any areas of confusion.

Ibanga said the polytechnic administration considers the NYSC scheme crucial for national unity and development. He advised all mobilized graduates to participate actively and use the opportunity to learn new skills.

The NYSC is a mandatory one-year national service scheme established by the Nigerian government in 1973 for graduates of universities and later polytechnics and colleges of education. The Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic produces hundreds of graduates each year for the program.
