1- Professional Diploma in community Health.
2-Professional Diploma in pharmacy Technician.
3-Professional Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician.
4- Professional Diploma in Health promotion and Education.
Therefore, candidates are advised to purchase application form at the designated counter at the rate of #3000( Three thousand Naira only) within the college premises from the date of this announcement. Meanwhile, closing date for the sales of the application form is slated for 25th June,2022.
Upon purchase of application form,applicants are directed to fill the form accurately and submit same to the office of the register of the college, along side requisite certification required of the course of your choice. Afterward, date for entrance examination would be communicated to you in due course.
