Job Title: Multi-Media Creative Designer

Job Summary

The Multimedia Designer is primarily responsible for developing and designing creative and interactive content for print, exhibition, website, advertisements, and social media. The Multimedia Designer will work closely with the Marketing department to create and maintain digital marketing assets to assist wit h the development and improvement of Cellulant products and services. He/she will work with Product Managers to understand current market needs and provide new and/or updated assets as needed. The Designer will also provide support to the existing Marketing team for additional graphic needs to support current campaigns, ROI goals and conversion goals. This position will be imperative to the Cellulant brand in regards to our growth and public image as a global payments service provider.


  • Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver on corporate and consumer advertising campaigns Lead and direct the production and templating of all brand collateral-ensuring all the organization’s visuals are consistent with the overall brand book
  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
  • Work across internal teams to coordinate content production and improving of our pitch decks
  • Manage content production for print, web social media, and email campaigns
  • Manage brand adherence across multiple platforms- internally and externally
  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion for all brand related campaigns and assets
  • Lead the creation of storyboards or translate ideas to the creative team of art directors and designers
  • Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines
  • Evaluate and, if necessary alter, the content of projects before completion
  • Steer or write scripts for production
  • Direct/oversee photo or TV shoots
  • Select and work with external suppliers when necessary

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Videography or related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic/web design or videography
  • Expert proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Expert video editing skills required
  • CSS, Java, and HTML knowledge an added advantage
  • A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Detail-oriented, organised, team-player.
  • Background working in a fast-paced, demanding and entrepreneurial environment.
  • An intimate understanding of design, copy and web best practices/guidelines
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly, while maintaining organisation and control of project deliverables
