- August 23–August 29 – Late Registration, drop/add, or drop with no academic record for Regular Fall semester. Students looking to withdraw completely from the Fall semester must email withdraw@coastal.edu directly from their CCU email account

- August 26–September 27 – Grade of “W” will be assigned for drops or withdrawals for Fall I semester; Last Day students can drop Fall I class is September 27, 2023. - September 04 – Labor Day Holiday
- September 27 – Last day to submit a Special Permission to Enroll and/or Drop Classes to request a drop with a grade of “W” for Fall I semester. Last day to submit Opt-Out of Repeat Forgiveness web form for Fall I semester. Students cannot request to drop a Fall I class after this date. - September 27 – Interim grades due
- October 09 – Last day of regular instruction for Fall I semester
- October 11 – Last day exams and/or other final assessments may be held for Fall I semester
- October 13 – Grades due for the Fall I semester by 5:00 pm
- October 17 – Last day of Regular Registration for Fall II semester
- October 18 – Classes begin for Fall II semester
