• Sunday, August 20, 2023 – Sunday, August 27, 2023 – Welcome week Orientation events all week
• Saturday, August 26, 2023 – Community picnic prior to welcome new students, all invited
• Monday, August 28, 2023 – Fall 2023 semester begins
• Monday, August 28, 2023 – Tuesday, September 05, 2023 Add/drop period Students can add or drop courses with advisor assistance
• Monday, August 28, 2023 – Last day for a registration refund The student registration fee is non-refundable after August 28 and not subject to the partial refund policy
• Monday, September 04, 2023 – Labor Day Offices and classrooms closed
• Tuesday, September 05, 2023 – Course add/drop deadline Last day to add or drop courses. Last day to fully withdraw from school and receive full tuition refund. Registration fee is non-refundable
• Tuesday, October 10, 2023 – Outstanding Student Bills Due and Account Hold Hold placed on student records preventing future course registration
• Tuesday, October 31, 2023 – Last day to withdraw from classes
• Monday, November 13, 2023 – Friday, November 17, 2023 Course Registration for Spring 2024 Registration into spring semester courses. All students must have advisor approval in order to register
• Tuesday, November 21, 2023 – Modified Schedule Day Thursday classes meet
• Wednesday, November 22, 2023 – Modified Schedule Day Friday classes meet
• Thursday, November 23, 2023 – Friday, November 24, 2023 Thanksgiving Holiday Offices and classrooms closed
• Monday, November 27, 2023 – Classes resume
• Thursday, December 07, 2023 – Friday, December 08, 2023 Study Period No classes. Administrative offices remain open
• Monday, December 11, 2023 – Friday, December 15, 2023 Final classes, crits, and exams Classes meet in regularly assigned rooms at regular times
