DELSU Entrepreneurship & Innovation Certificate Program (Stream III) Admission – Delta State University has announced that applications are now open for admission into its Short-term Certificate Programme in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. The program aims to provide practical skills training in various vocations over a 3-month period.
Available courses include Animal Feed Production, Barbing/Hair Treatment, Bead Jewelry Making, Catering and Confectioneries, Fabric Design, Fashion and Design, Fishery and Poultry, Food Processing and Packaging, Graphic Design, Hair Dressing, Hat Making, Interlocking/Landscaping, Leather Works, Make-up Artistry, Paint Production, Phone/Computer Repairs, Photography/Cinematography, Soap Making, Web Design, and Welding/Furniture Upholstery.

Interested candidates can obtain application forms for N5,000 online through the university’s portal at portal.delsu.edu.ng. Completed forms should be printed and submitted in person at the Centre for Entrepreneurship Studies, Site III, Delta State University Abraka.
The sale of application forms begins on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 and will close on Thursday, November 30, 2023. Admitted candidates will commence training on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.

Training will be held three days per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) from 3-6pm each day. There will also be lecture modules available for distant learners who cannot attend in person.
The Entrepreneurship Certificate Program aims to equip participants with vocational and business skills to promote self-employment and economic empowerment. Delta State University encourages all interested candidates to apply before the November 30 deadline.
