FUOYE releases revised academic schedule for fresh & returning students, 2023/2024 – The Federal University, Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) has released a revised academic calendar for the 2023/2024 academic year. According to the calendar, returning students will resume and begin online registration on Monday, October 23, 2023, with lectures commencing the same day. Fresh students will have a week-long orientation program from Monday, October 23 to Friday, October 27 before joining regular classes on Monday, October 30.
Late registration for returning students will take place from November 6-10. The first semester exams are scheduled to begin on Monday, February 12, 2024 for all students.FUOYE releases revised

The second semester will kick off with resumption, registration, and start of lectures for all students on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Lectures will end on Friday, June 14, before second-semester exams commence on Monday, June 24.
The Federal University, Oye-Ekiti management emphasized that this revised calendar applies to all undergraduate students, both fresh and returning. They advise students to take note of the key dates and deadlines.
University authorities said the calendar was revised and approved to provide adequate time for teaching and learning while allowing proper spacing between academic activities. They expressed optimism that the schedule will enable students settle down quickly and have a rewarding 2023/2024 session.
