The SUG urged students to remain calm, insisting the new circular violates the original agreement made at the start of the semester. “The management agreed with SUG leaders that fee payments could continue until two weeks before exams,” said an SUG rep. “This new circular goes against what was already decided.” The SUG said they will be following up with the administration regarding the unexpected policy change.
