Adamawa State College of Nursing and Midwifery Stream C Admission Form 2023/2024 – Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into Basic Nursing, Basic Midwifery, Community Nursing, and Community Midwifery Programmes.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Interested Candidates must have five (5) credits in NECO/WAEC/NABTEB to include: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, at not more than two sittings for Basic Nursing and Basic Midwifery.

For Community Nursing and Midwifery programs, the candidate must have four credits including English Language, Biology, and any two of the above subjects. Community programs are for Indegenes only, non-indigenes need not apply.

NB: Where the applicant is presenting two O’Level results as a replacement, it should be;

i. All or both NECO and WAEC

ii. All sitting should be NABTEB

METHOD OF APPLICATION

The Application form can be obtained online at this link: Conam. admissions.cloud/ Go to the new application, enter, and open an account. Make a payment of Ten Thousand seven hundred and fifteen Naira (N10,715) only, via remita with your ATM Card or generate RRR and go to any BANK. Thereafter, return to the website. You can access the form and fill it out online on or before 29th December 2023.

The following documents are to be uploaded while filling out the form:

• Birth certificate

• Indigene letter

• Primary certificate

• Testimonial Results and

• Passport photograph.

Print three copies of the form and submit it to the College together with your e-receipt on or before 29th December 2023. Bring the payment teller to the College.
