- August 21, 2023 – Classes begin
- August 25, 2023 – Last day of Add/Drop period; last day of 100% refund period
- August 26, 2023 – Withdrawal period begins; refund percentage applies
- September 4, 2023 – Labor Day holiday
- September 5, 2023 – Last day to change Credit/No Credit status
- September 11, 2023 – Last day of 75% refund period
- September 18, 2023 – Last day of 50% refund period
- September 20, 2023 – Founder’s Day
- September 25, 2023 – Last day of 25% refund period
- September 25, 2023 – Priority application deadline for International Programs Academic Year and Summer
- September 29, 2023 – Faculty Leadership Conference 2023; no classes meet
- October 1, 2023 – Seaver undergraduate Spring 2024 application deadline
- October 13-16, 2023 – Fall Break; no classes meet
- October 17, 2023 – Last day to withdraw with a grade of W
- November 1, 2023 – Seaver undergraduate First-Year Early Action Fall 2024 application deadline
- November 3, 2023 – Last day for oral defense of master’s thesis or project
- November 6, 2023 – Last day to submit tentatively approved copy of thesis and signed thesis routing sheet to the Seaver Dean’s Office (master’s programs)

- November 27-December 11, 2023 – Online Course Evaluation period begins at 7 am Pacific Time
- December 1, 2023 – Last day to submit Change of Final Exam form
