Nnamdi Azikiwe University Resumption Date 2020/2021
The 2020/2021 first semester short break will commence from Friday, 28th June to Sunday, 7th July 2019, following the end of the 2020/2021 first semester examinations on Thursday, 27th June 2019.
Consequently, the 2020/2021 second semester academic activities including lectures will commence on Monday, 8th July 2019.
Students are strictly advised to return to campus immediately after the one-week break lapses and resume lectures.
Attendance to lectures will be recorded and defaulters will be penalized accordingly as stipulated in the University General Academic Regulations.
Important Things to Note about UNIZIK Resumption Date
Please note after the resumption date, all students both fresh and returning are expected to begin classes with immediate effect. Those owning are expected to redeem all their pledges. Returning students should pay their school fees and fresh students should pay their acceptance fee.
It has also been made known that due to the current circumstances the current academic calendar of Nnamdi Azikiwe University will be relatively short.
Students are therefore advised to make the most of this academic period and prepare well because examination might start anytime soon.
