- September 4 (Monday) – Labor Day (holiday, no classes, offices closed)
- September 27 (Wednesday) – Instruction begins
- November 10 (Friday) – Veterans Day (observed) (holiday, no classes, offices closed)
- November 23 (Thursday) – Thanksgiving (holiday, no classes, offices closed)
- November 24 (Friday) – Native American Heritage Day (holiday, no classes, offices closed)
- December 8 (Friday) – Last day of instruction
- December 9-15 (Saturday-Friday) – Final examination week
- December 15 (Friday) – Last day to change to or from S/NS grade option, $20 fee
- December 15 (Friday) – Last day for graduate students to pay on-leave fee
- December 16-January 2 – Winter break
- December 19 (Tuesday) – Grades due from faculty at 5:00pm via GradePage
- December 20 (Wednesday) – First day grades are posted to transcript and GPAs available on MyUW
- December 25 (Monday) – Christmas (holiday, no classes, offices closed)
Winter 2024
