ATBU Notice Regarding Her Combined Convocation Ceremony – This is to inform all 2017-2022 graduands of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University that the combined Convocation Ceremony has been slated for 24th February 2024.

NOTICE TO GRADUANDS
1 Assemble behind the Library Gubi campus on Saturday, 24th February 2024 at 8:30 am for the procession

2. All graduants should be fully robed and arranged in an alphabetical order of Faculties

3. No graduands will be allowed into the Convocation Square after 9:00 am

4. Certificate can be collected after the Convocation and on presentation of;

a. Evidence of payment of book of proceedings, Alumni fee, and academic gown fee.

b. Evidence of return of Academic Gown to the academic office.

c. Statement of result (S. O. R)

Payments can be made via remita by developing RRR, after the RRR enters remita then choose ATBU Bauchi Under the details pick the desired payment, (eg book of proceedings) then make your payment. The bank will do all the procedures for Those who are to pay through ATBU Microfinance.

Approved charges for 26th 29th Combined Convocation for Undergraduates, PGD, Masters, HD & Diploma Graduands

1. Certificale 5.000.00

2. Book of Proceedings 8,000.00

3. Gown 2.000.00

Total 13,000.00

Alumni Charges: 3,000

Approved charges for 20th Combined Convocation for PhD Graduands

1. Certificate 5,000.00

2. Book of Proceedings 6,000.00

3. Gown 40,000.00

4. Folder (Certificate) 5,000.00

Total 66,000.00

5. Alumni Charges 10,000.00

All graduands are to pay alumni fees of N5,000,00 Alumni fees into the Account below:

C. NOTES TO JOURNALISTS, CAMERAMEN AND PHOTOGRAPHERS

Those covering the Convocation Shall be accredited on Friday 231 February 2024 at the old Council Chamber Yelwa Campus between 10:00 am and 12:00 noon. (Contact number 0806 473 7884).

D. NOTES ON SECURITY

1. Luggage and bags are not allowed into the Convocation Area

2. University security personnel will direct guests to their designated parking lots.
