FUPRE Important Notification for 2023/2024 admitted students – The Federal University of Petroleum Resources (FUPRE) in Effurun has issued an urgent notice to all students who have been offered admission for the upcoming academic session, emphasizing the importance of completing the acceptance fee payment steps within the designated timeline.

In a statement published on their official website on Saturday, FUPRE management detailed that admitted candidates must visit the university’s portal at https://portal.fupre.edu.ng and create a profile using their JAMB registration number. Students are required to provide accurate personal information and a valid email address which will be sent a verification link.
After verifying their email, students can then set a password for their portal access. Using their JAMB registration number and newly created password, admitted candidates can login to the student portal and initiate the acceptance fee payment process which secures their admission.
The statement highlighted that the deadline for payment is crucial and those who fail to pay the fee within the allotted timeframe will automatically lose their admission offer. With the new academic calendar fast approaching, newly admitted students have a short window period to complete this mandatory payment.

FUPRE management emphasized that this is a critical requirement and strategic step for all candidates offered admission, as it officially confirms their placement at the prestigious university. University officials advised that the payment process should be prioritized by admitted candidates to avoid any last minute issues or forfeiture of admission. They assured that the university’s student support team is available to provide any assistance needed during the fee payment steps.
