OYSCATECH ND/HND Admission Form 2023/2024 – The Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology (OYSCATECH) has announced that its first post UTME screening exercise for the 2023/2024 academic session will hold on Tuesday, November 21 and Wednesday, November 22, 2023 starting at 8:00am each day.School News Portal
According to a statement from the school, the screening exercise is open to all candidates who chose OYSCATECH as their first choice institution or are willing to change to the college as their first choice in this year’s UTME conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). However, only candidates who scored 100 and above in the 2023 UTME are eligible to participate.
The statement advised interested candidates yet to choose OYSCATECH to promptly apply for change of institution to the college through JAMB before the screening exercise. It also reminded prospective students that they must accept or reject admission on the Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) before JAMB’s closure of the system this year. This is to ensure they are on the matriculation list.OYSCATECH ND/HND
For the National Diploma (ND) programmes, candidates are required to have credits in at least five subjects including English and Mathematics obtained at not more than two sittings in WASSCE/SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB.
The school directed all applicants to visit its admission website, www.oyscatech.edu.ng, make a payment of N2,000 and complete the online registration form for the exercise. They are to upload a scanned passport photograph and printout the form to present at the screening venue.
The requirements are similar for those seeking direct entry into Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes, except that they must have a minimum of Lower Credit grade in their ND results. An additional N2,000 portal access fee is also required. HND applicants from other institutions must provide their academic transcripts.
The statement warned that any candidate who fails to appear for the screening after registration automatically loses the chance of being considered for admission this year. It also cautioned applicants to beware of fraudsters and not to make any payment to unauthorized persons.
According to the Registrar, over 10,000 candidates are expected to take part in this year’s post UTME exercise. The college assured that transparent guidelines will be followed to ensure a smooth conduct and credible process.
