Emmanuel Alayande University NCE Exam Shift, 2022/2023 – Emmanuel Alayande University of Education announced Monday that it has rescheduled its National Certificate of Education (NCE) III exams in response to a request made by the school’s student union leadership.School News Portal
The university had originally scheduled the second semester exams for its NCE III students to begin on Monday, October 16th, 2023. However, after conferring with the students union, the school’s management decided to push back the start date by one week to Monday, October 23rd.

In a notice sent out to all NCE III students on Monday, the university explained that the postponed exams would now take place starting on the 23rd through the end of the month. The school regretted any inconveniences caused by the date change.

According to inside sources, the decision to reschedule came after intensive lobbying by the Student Union President, who cited the need for more preparation time for students facing end-of-program exams. With the support of the student body, the union was able to convince administrators that pushing the exams back by a week would lead to better outcomes.Emmanuel Alayande University
While some faculty members privately expressed concerns about the last-minute change, university officials stated that they ultimately agreed to the new date in the interest of supporting students’ success. Extra staff are being brought in to assist with rapidly rescheduling rooms and proctoring needs for the exams.

The notice emphasized that all other details aside from the date change would remain the same for the now postponed NCE III second semester examinations. The university expects no further delays, stating that the new October 23rd start date for testing will be final barring an emergency.
