LASUED Indegeneship Verification Mop-Up 2023/2024 – The Lagos State University of Education (LASUED) has announced it will conduct a mop-up indigeneship verification exercise for UTME candidates who claimed Lagos State indigene status.

The Vice Chancellor approved the Lagos State University of Education Independent Indigeneship Verification Exercise (LIIVE) committee to carry out the mop-up exercise on November 1-2, 2023. The interviews will take place from 10am to 3pm at the Senator Oluremi Tinubu Hall on campus.

The exercise is only for UTME candidates who selected LASUED as their first choice institution and scored 170 or above. It is also open to Direct Entry applicants who are claiming Lagos State indigene status and have paid the screening fee.

The university said candidates who have already paid the fee but have not yet been screened are eligible to participate. The exercise is meant to verify candidates claiming to be indigenous to Lagos State.

Candidates are advised to report to the designated hall with all required documents to prove their Lagos State indigene status.

The university aims to finalize admission for all qualified candidates who can prove their Lagos State origin before the deadline.
